Information You Provide Voluntarily

The Site includes a contact form and a direct email address you may use to reach us. If you use either of these to get in touch, you choose what to share with us. Depending on what you fill in or write, that may include:

• Any message or details you include about your business or inquiry

Technical Information

This website does not use advertising or visitor-tracking technologies, and does not use analytics of any kind unless and until you affirmatively consent to it through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If analytics is not enabled for this deployment of the Site at all, that banner does not appear, and nothing in this section applies.

Where analytics is enabled and you consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this Site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether a visit led to a successful contact-form submission. We configure Google Analytics to never receive your name, email address, phone number, or the content of any message you send us, and we disable Google Analytics' advertising and cross-site tracking features (Google Signals and ad-personalization signals) entirely. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer, which clears your stored choice and shows the banner again.

When you arrive here through a marketing link (for example, one that includes campaign tracking parameters), we temporarily remember which campaign or link brought you here, using a separate first-party browser cookie scoped to your current visit only, solely so that if you choose to submit our contact form, your inquiry can be routed to the right marketing channel. This cookie is not used to identify you personally, build a profile of you, or track you across other websites, it does not depend on your analytics consent choice, and it expires automatically after 30 minutes.

Like any hosted website, the Site runs on third-party infrastructure (our hosting provider), which may automatically log standard technical information inherent to normal web server operation — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security and operational purposes. NextFlow does not separately collect or have access to a dedicated analytics dashboard of this information.

Web fonts used on this Site are optimized and self-hosted as part of our build process, so loading them does not send visitor data to a third-party font provider.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

How We Share Information

We do not sell information collected through this Site, and we do not use or share information with any third-party marketing or advertising service. If, and only if, you consent to analytics as described above, aggregate, non-identifying usage data (such as which page was viewed, or that a contact-form submission succeeded — never your name, email, phone number, or message) is shared with Google as our analytics provider, governed by Google's own privacy terms.

We use Vercel as our website hosting provider, which necessarily processes traffic to and from the Site to serve it to you. If you choose to purchase a service through a checkout link on this Site, that link takes you to a payment page hosted directly by our payment processor, Stripe — Stripe, not NextFlow, collects and processes the payment information you provide there. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to professional advisors (such as legal or accounting) on a confidential basis where necessary.

Data Retention

We keep information you submit through this Site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential business relationship, or meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs. We do not currently apply a fixed retention period. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously provided, contact us at info@nextflow.biz and we will act on that request.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information you provide to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've provided to us through this Site. To make a request, email info@nextflow.biz. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

International Processing

Because we rely on third-party hosting infrastructure, information associated with this Site may be processed or transmitted through servers located in jurisdictions other than your own, which may be outside Canada. We do not represent that this infrastructure is limited to any specific country.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Third-Party Links

This Site links to third-party websites, including examples of work in our Selected Work section and checkout links to our payment processor, Stripe, in our Pricing section. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
